Won ₹1,50,000 by building CommIQ in 24 hours, an AI-powered AIOps solution that correlates logs and alerts into unified incident tickets, assesses severity, identifies likely root causes, and drafts incident tickets using Claude for engineer review.

Junior Software Engineer

  • Built an LLM-powered conversational assistant that generates messaging content and campaigns from natural-language prompts, using structured outputs, schema validation with automatic retry, feature flags, and secure secret management.
  • Designed a pluggable provider architecture (Strategy + Factory + Adapter) so new third-party vendors can be onboarded per tenant without changes to core logic.
  • Re-architected webhook ingestion into an event-driven pipeline (API Gateway → SNS fan-out → SQS → Lambda) with isolated processing lanes and failure destinations.
  • Implemented hierarchical RBAC with a permission matrix, multi-tenant data scoping, and audit logging, enforced in API middleware and in a reusable frontend access-control layer. Built an append-only, versioned ledger for compliance records.
  • Refactored the frontend onto a shared TanStack Query data layer of custom hooks with Zod runtime validation and React Hook Form, eliminating duplicated data-fetching logic across 20+ screens.
  • Spearheaded the UI migration from Material UI to ShadCN UI (Radix). Added code splitting, bundle optimization, a Content Security Policy, in-memory token storage, and ESLint/Prettier/Husky quality gates.
  • Delivered server-side search, fuzzy matching, filtering and pagination across 15+ entities, plus Recharts analytics dashboards, achieving a 2-second reduction in dashboard load time.
  • Built multilingual conversational flows with per-tenant overrides, E.164 phone normalization, S3 presigned URLs, and Alembic schema migrations.
